WELCOME!

  These are instructions for NEW clients who currently DO NOT have appointments scheduled with me but who would like to begin working together.

If you have not yet had a consultation, please do so as soon as possible, as new clients who have NOT had a consultation are very unlikely to be selected for scheduling.  To schedule appointments in the upcoming season please read below.

I am very excited to begin working together and look forward to seeing you soon!

Non refundable $400 deposit.

Hourly rate is $200 per hour.

To make this as fast and easy as possible, please change the subject line of the reply to

“NEW CLIENT”

and  include:

NAME

CELL PHONE NUMBER

BRIEF REMINDER OF YOUR TATTOO CONCEPT

Because we have yet to begin your tattoo, I may not be familiar enough with your name or the project to properly identify you in the returning emails-  it is VERY IMPORTANT that you remind me of the tattoo concept we discussed during our consultation.  If your concept is a cover up, or will connect to, or be very near to pre-existing tattoos, please include photos of the pre-existing tattoos that show clearly how they are placed on your body.  Returning emails that do not include a reminder of the tattoo concept will not be selected for scheduling

    If I am able to accommodate you this season, I will reach out to you as soon as possible via TEXT MESSAGE and invite you to select available appointments from my online calendar–  please return my text message as soon as possible with all of the dates/times you would like to schedule for the ENTIRE SIX MONTH SEASON.  Availability for new clients is often limited to just a few appointment slots near the end of the season.  This is normal, and I suggest we get you booked wherever we can to get you onto the schedule so that you have access to cancellations and the “returning client” calendar on the following season.

I will book them for you and confirm with a text message screen-shot of the appointments we have made.

In the event that I am unable to accommodate you this season, you will receive another email informing you that I have filled the schedule before being able to contact you.
