These are instructions for clients who currently DO have appointments scheduled with me but who have NOT YET BEGUN THE NEW WORK.
If your first appointment is later this month or next and you know you will need more appointments in the upcoming season please read below.

BRIEF REMINDER OF OUR UPCOMING PROJECT
Because we have yet to begin your tattoo, I may not be familiar enough with your name or the project to properly identify you in the returning emails- it is VERY IMPORTANT that you change the SUBJECT line of the reply to “”NEW SCHEDULED CLIENT” to ensure that you are not mis-identified as a NEW CLIENT.
I will reach out to you as soon as possible via TEXT MESSAGE and invite you to select available appointments from my online calendar– please return my text message as soon as possible with all of the dates/times you would like to schedule for the ENTIRE SIX MONTH SEASON.
I will book them for you and confirm with a text message screen-shot of the appointments we have made.
